This studio is at the main entrance to the premises and can be used for  Taekwando, Yoga, Pilates, Self Defense ,and a variety of dance classes for adults and children. 

Consider the space for Workshops and classes, e.g.  Ante Natal, other Martial arts, Contemporary dance, Ballroom and Latin American and other dance classes.

If you would like to run your own fitness or movement classes from the center, we would love to enhance our offering to the community.

You run it as your own business, and just rent the studio for the times you need it.

Conference and Training Facilities for Hire on Half day, Full day, Evening or Weekend basis.

Do you have a course you wish to run, a bachelorette or baby shower?

We have the perfect venue for small groups.

We could seat 24 people comfortably at tables, or 50 in cinema style.

Our in-house caterers will ensure you have a delicious meal, and can opt for a healthy menu, to the more traditional menu options.

Our sessional room is available to therapists to rent on hourly basis.

The tranquil view over the pool will make you feel right at home.
