Charmaine Masebelanga is an Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping people regain function, independence, and confidence. She believes that every assessment should provide practical solutions that support meaningful participation in everyday life and work.
Her professional journey combines clinical occupational therapy with specialised expertise in incapacity and disability management. Consequently, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of rehabilitation, workplace function, and occupational performance.
Charmaine has completed advanced training in ErgoScience® Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and Psychiatric Functional Capacity Evaluations. Through these evidence-based assessments, she evaluates an individual’s ability to safely perform the physical, cognitive, and emotional demands of work and daily living.
Furthermore, Charmaine provides medico-legal occupational therapy assessments for both plaintiff and defence attorneys. She also works closely with employers, insurers, and case managers to support return-to-work planning, disability management, and workplace accommodation.
