I specialise in psychological counselling and psychometry, offering a holistic approach to mental health and emotional wellbeing. As a registered Mental Health Practitioner with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), I provide both professional therapeutic support and psychometric assessments tailored to each individual’s needs.
My services include individual counselling, couples and family counselling, trauma intervention, support for anxiety and mood disorders, stress management, and guidance through life transitions such as job loss or relationship strain. I also assist individuals dealing with grief, loneliness, addiction recovery, and harmful thoughts—always within a safe, client-centred environment.
In addition to therapy, I offer a wide range of psychometric assessments tailored to specific needs. These include IQ and cognitive testing, personality assessments, career and aptitude assessments (including subject choice guidance), emotional intelligence testing, school readiness evaluations, and concessions assessments for academic support. I also conduct screenings for barriers to learning and personality disorders.
